Style

Naomi Huober teaches a heart centered yoga practice brimming with creative sequencing and a deep attention to alignment. Her goal in teaching is to evoke presence and connection through a practice rich with movement, breath, mantra, mudra and philosophy. She wants her students to remember and feel their own wholeness, and hopes that each practitioner leaves inspired and uplifted. Yoga and mindfulness have been great sources of healing & growth in Naomi's own life, and she is passionate about sharing these tools with her community.


experience

After practicing yoga for almost 10 years, Naomi completed her RYT 200hr Yoga Alliance certification with Mariel Freeman at Three Queens Yoga in Philadelphia. This training was based in Anusara teachings with an emphasis on Tantric philosophy, therapeutics and meditation. She has since completed a second 200hr with Rasa Yoga and continues to study under the mentorship of Seattle-based instructor, Greta Hill. She is also certified with Next Generation Yoga to teach yoga to 2-7 year-olds.
